If you have elected not to receive marketing communications from us, we may still contact you about your booking or with information relevant to the event you are attending, such as information about transport issues, artistic changes or a concert cancellation. If you receive information by email, each message sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us (unsubscribe). If you have an online account with us, you can update your preferences at any time by logging on to your account and following the ‘My Account’ link on our website.

If you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent via our system or purporting to be sent via this system, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to for review.
